BACKGROUND PROFILE

MSC is an abbreviation for, My Service Cafe. It was founded towards the year end of 2017 after the founder, Mhlengi Nkonzo Mlotshwa (Now Ndawonde) had completed his Matric in the same year at Qwabe Secondary School. Click on the founder's name highlighted above, to read more about him.

MSC kick-started in the founder's bedroom at his home, Ndwedwe ward 7 Nkumbeni area. It started of by helping Matriculated school learners apply for further education online. The following year 2018 developed to helping school learner with assignments and providing internet cafe general service (Typing, Printing, Photocopying & Scanning) to the public or community. 

At this stage these added services required a paper printer while the founder did not have one. He started of by partnering with his ex geography teacher, S Makhwasa who contributed with a printer and covered the printing michine expenses while the founder covered for typing papers.

The found of MSC is best described as a self-taught ever since. While running this business of his, He learnt a lot of skills that alines his interests. The MSC added more services from those self-taught skills. It ended up providing Business Consultant and Office Administrative based services. This is what grew it faster as it became a demand outside Ndwedwe, mostly in Duthan central because it has been vital on social media as well.

In 2021 MSC moved to operate in Avoca Hills as its workplace.For the first time this is when the founder of MSC felt the dream come true of the real picture for the business. In a short period of time from April to July, it had to create contacts, new clients and most of all find its sit in the Entrepreneurship industry. According to the founder, MSC was born to be an Office Administration services provider. It was born to be what it became when it settled in Avoca Hills. Comparing the internet cafe general services and Business Consultant services provided, the stats proved that the company is all about Office Administration verses being an internet cafe. However, internet cafe general services became a feature. This is how the trade name MSC OFFICE came about.

The founder  believed that the business is the mixture of both Office and partly Internet Cafe since it provided few internet cafe based services. To him this sounded self creative.

July 2021 sadly the looting hit Kwa-Zulu Natal. The business was affected on top of the COVID-19 woond which had not completely healed by the time. This caused MSC OFFICE to be physically closed.

Since than to date the business oparates digitally. However it does accept appointments for physical meeting.
